*** Beginning June 15, 2026, our payment processor will begin a ZIP code validation requirement for all debit/credit card payments that are made online. This is a part of their ongoing efforts to strengthen and protect against fraudulent payment activity. Please make sure the ZIP code you have entered for the card used to make your payment is the exact same ZIP code on file with your payment institution. This includes whether your institution has a 5-digit or ZIP+4 code on file for you. If the ZIP code is not the exact same, the payment will decline. This is only for debit/credit card payments. E-Checks will not be affected. ***
Available services
A 3% transaction charge will be assessed for all debit and credit card transactions.
Please be advised that checks and money orders are accepted with no fees, as well as paying cash in person.
E-checks are also accepted on the website with no transaction charge.
